I recently stayed at this hotel during a hockey tournament and had a great experience. the location was ideal, just off the highway from Edmonton where I had driven from. It made it convenient to get to the hotel quickly. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service. They made me feel welcome and were always willing to assist with any requests I had. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the excellent shower pressure, which allowed me to refresh myself after a long day of games. Lastly, the breakfast offered was a great bonus. It provided a good selection of food and helped me start my day off right.

Everything was satisfactory and I had a pleasant stay.

The night clerk was very helpful!

we checked in late in the evening and the hotel was full. we had booked 2 rooms one with two beds for the two people we were travelilng with and one with one bed for myself and my wife -BOTH NON-SMOKING the room was got was a smoking room. the room smelled so bad that your night clerk had to give us air freshners and febreeze so we could try and get the room to a point we could actually sleep in it. luckily for us we were traveling with someone else as we spent around two hours sitting in there room waiting for ours to hopefully air out. being both myself and my wife are non-smokers we did not appreciate the fact that we were put into a smoking room. if they could not accomadate us we should have been told when we booked the room, some people for instance our daughter and son-in-law would have been stranded as they would not have been able to stay in this room as they both have allergies, as it was my wife woke up with a sore throat from sleeping in that room.

The new keurig in the room was great. The staff is always great there and the breadfast is very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The restocking of coffee supplies was a little short (not done) for our second night, and no remote in room for TV.

Friendliness of staff. Convenience of being ableto park right at room. Enclosed design of complex, giving a feeling of privacy.

Location was perfect for our travel route, right along the highway. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and the staff were friendly. Price was reasonable in comparison with other hotels in the area. Would stay again.

I was not impressed at all with the fact that I had to pay an extra $150 when we were checking in. Yes, it was refunded the next day when we checked out but never ever have I had to pay a large sum like that before we could have access to our room. I don't think that is legal and I will be checking this out with Consumer Protection sometime in the near future. I will tell others to not stay here just because of that.

Friendly front desk staff, decent continental breakfast.

Booked a Queen suite. It was supposed to have a kitchen in it. It did not. When I questioned the staff they seemed to think it was a suite. I told them no kitchen and they were surprised that it was supposed to have a kitchen. Asked if we were Ok without getting a kitchen. I said yes but they did not offer to reduce room rate and I did not have time to discuss it with them. The difference in rates was only $5.00 but it was the priciple of not receiving what we had booked. It was just a good thing we did not count on the kitchen.

The continental breakfast was a little sparse

I like the fact that there is no bar or liquor lounge attached to the hotel. I liked the continental breakfast. It allows one to get on with the day without a long delay at a restaurant.

We had quiet neighbours but we could hear coughing and other such noises quite clearly. Had to use earplugs.

Sorry, we were no impressed with this hotel at all. We have stayed in other BCMI locations and were pleased. This one, however was not up to the standards we were expecting.

Staff on reception desk were pleasant

Clean room, comfortable bed, and very good complimentary breakfast.

Staff, service, internet, TV all very good.

Rm 138 needed more electrical outlets. Also had loose phone wires hanging.
